Industrial and office are our primary focus. Mixed-use office/warehouse and retail also considered.

Minimum purchase price of $500K. Maximum $5M.

8,000 SF Minimum
Single-tenant: up to 40,000 SF. Multi-tenant: no size limit. Larger assets considered on a deal-by-deal basis.

Daniel Matajira is a commercial real estate investor, capital raiser, and operator with ownership in 23 commercial real estate properties across 7 states, including multifamily, mobile home parks, storage, and industrial assets.

Daniel immigrated from Colombia in 2015 with broken English and $0 to his name. He started in restaurants, moved into sales, and eventually got his start in real estate as a commercial agent. He later jumped into real estate investing full-time with no money, no contacts, and no credit. His first chapter was not glamorous — he completed 11 residential flips and lost money on 7 of them. Those early lessons pushed him to transition fully into commercial real estate, where capital raising and deal finding became his core strengths.

Today, Daniel has helped acquire ~1,200 multifamily units, ~400 mobile home park lots, and ~150,000 SF of storage and industrial. On the capital side, he has helped raise over $30M in equity from private investors. His story is built on persistence, relationship building, and practical execution — turning overlooked real estate into stronger cash-flowing assets.

Amanda Matajira is a licensed Minnesota real estate agent and co-founder of MV Commercial Real Estate, a commercial real estate investment and operations firm focused on value-add industrial, office, retail, and flex properties across Minnesota's major markets. Alongside her investments, she is also active in brokerage work under Financially Free LLC.

With a background in psychology and a career built on the intersection of market analysis and relationship-driven deal-making, Amanda brings a distinctive combination of analytical discipline and interpersonal insight to every transaction. She understands that commercial real estate is, at its core, a relationship business — and that the ability to understand what motivates an owner, a tenant, or a counterparty is often the deciding factor in a deal.

Amanda specializes in identifying undermarketed and underperforming commercial assets — properties that have been overlooked, poorly positioned, or simply haven't found the right buyer. Through MV Commercial Real Estate, she works with investors, business owners, and occupants throughout the Twin Cities and greater Minnesota, providing brokerage services across acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing.
